Report Fitness offers two class options: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Calisthenics. HIIT is a 45-minute functional fitness sweat session that can include anything from sandbags to kettlebells—burn tons of calories! Calisthenics, or Cali, is a strength workout that will help you gain new skills and body strength. You can use your body weight so that your physical abilities are covered. You are all welcome as different levels of individuals, and we are there to help you scale up or down, no matter what.
