Dutch Cycle Canada was founded by Fred Sr. His family was from Germany and immigrated to Canada during World War II. Fred started Dutch Cycle from nothing. His first store was on 4th and Elphinstone. Dutch Cycle's first official location was on 8th Avenue. Elphinstone established the Holland business in 1897. Fred Sr. died in 2010 at age 87. We're grateful for everything he did!
