Dutch Cycle Canada was founded by Fred Sr. His family was from Germany and immigrated to Canada during World War II. Fred started Dutch Cycle from nothing. His first store was on 4th and Elphinstone. Dutch Cycle's first official location was on 8th Avenue. Elphinstone established the Holland business in 1897. Fred Sr. died in 2010 at age 87. We're grateful for everything he did! "Dutch Touch" means "Tune-up." The "Touch" also means we think we're the best. We give you one year of free labor to help you get used to riding. We also offer tires, grips, and saddles at purchase to make your biking experience better. We can fix almost anything with two wheels that you ride by pedaling! Please book larger items such as tandems, adult trikes, or recumbents in advance. Low-end Ebikes and gas-assist vehicles are not allowed.
