Reliable About Us Spirit of the Dragon is Regina’s largest and longest-running fitness, martial arts, and self-defense training school. We have been serving Regina for over twenty years. To date, we have assisted thousands of our fellow citizens in learning to defend themselves as well as improving their fitness to live a healthier and happier life. With our highly experienced training staff, every student is encouraged to reach their specific goals. Adult Programs The school offers self-defense and competitive training for adults over the age of 18. Our adult programs are designed to help you achieve whatever fitness and martial arts goals you establish for yourself. For students interested in self-defense, we teach modern, practical, and effective techniques, including striking, grappling, and ground fighting. Our instructors ensure that students learn at their pace and comfortably while remaining challenged. Additionally there are recreational programmes for those who only want to improve their fitness; techniques may be adapted to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness levels.
