The staff and therapist were friendly. My main complaint is that I reserved and paid for an hour-long massage. The therapist came out 5 minutes late, then by the time she explained things and had me undress, it was nearly 15 minutes in. I thought she would time the massage from the moment she started, but no. So, I ended up getting a 35-40 minute massage but paid for 60. I would never go back to this place again, especially considering there are so many other such facilities in the area.
