From the very beginning, everything was transparent, such that we used to know the path we are taking, what would happen after, and our responsibility. Buying a home is difficult, and this simple explanation was everything. Laura made it all possible. She was calm, assertive, and always aware of all happening. She had an excellent way of making movement but never letting us feel hurried. There were moments we needed her to explain things, and she knew how to speak our language without hiding behind vocabularies. Emily was also good. She was always fast to communicate, organized, and very helpful when we needed an update. It felt like there was someone watching from behind. Most Signup was when past communications suggest one to be just a file in some cabinet, but for Grayson throughout, we remained in the loop, and their professional balancing between being approachable and productive. The act of completion was smooth, everything moved as planned, which is all we needed. Her proactive nature and quick response to my problem clarified everything, this is what I wanted. The whole process took my ten weeks after my offer, and everything was in order. All reports and reviews were sent to me in time, and today picking my house keys, am grateful for a well-coordinated process. We will miss you, and if I need a solicitor, I would recommend you again. 4. Amazing service will be using Graysons for our purchases to come. Katie Birch, Senior Private Client Advisor, acted on our behalf in the updating and completion of our ‘Mirror’ Wills, this was quite smooth and fast. My wife and I found her to be very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. The introduction of the ‘commentary’ document was new and welcome, since it provided a simplified explanation of the clauses within the Wills. It was a good and smooth experience. 6. Calling this SRA regulated solicitors has been a nightmare. The customer service desk has put me into music queues, which after a while, they disconnect. After trying 3 consecutive times, and no help came along, I would advise someone never to call. Communication is the bedrock of a good company. If they cannot communicate well, will they really handle my case effectively? Very unprofessional and should not even get 1star, more so this is SRA regulated.
