Paul Gallagher, the lawyer I was to have assisted me, never turned up and if it hadn't been for me chasing up my case, no one would have. It took about 8 emails by me before I was told my lawyer was not coming and they were going to give me someone else. No representation in court & offensive to the extent of mocking his clients accent in the court building & court room on multiple occasions, to the extent that another member of the public was offended on his behalf. He even told his client that he had made a bet with court officials that he would mimic his accent & proceeded to do so in the court room. Easy to talk to (common) rather than uppity. Immaculate offices and what a comfortable reception. No hassle getting legal aid as the receptionist did all this for me.
