Customer feedback summary: I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima back in March… I was late coming to get my car and Matt stayed after hours and waited for me to come he was very patient with me and explained all paperwork to me. He has great customer service, communication and reasonable prices. If you’re in need of a car visit Acceptance Credit United! Great honest guy a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if I didn’t have to. Knowing I was driving 3.5 hours, failed to inform me the entire front of the roof paint was coming off! Then acted like I should have seen it in the photos however they were strategically taken to not show it! Do not recommend! Matt was great to work with
Would definitely recommend DO NOT BUY!!!!! this company is a joke the cars are trash and they are liars and scammers they get your money and your car won’t be working a few days later! I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Matt at Acceptance Credit United LLC. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about finding the right car for my family. He listened to my requirements, provided recommendations, and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Matt for anyone in search of a car! Beware of this company they will finance trash cars and make you pay , they know nothing about the cars . Please do your homework on these people Buyers beware if shopping for a vehicle from here, like most used dealers they will not disclose the real issues associated with the vehicles. After hunting for a car since early November, I was starting to lose hope because the car market is a mess right now. Finally went to go see the car. He was helpful, informative, and very easy to work with. My dad and I had a chance to walk around the lot. All his cars are kept in amazing condition. He's kind and very honest and upfront about his dealings. The car drove wonderfully. He presented the full CarFax upfront and let us know everything he knew about the car. Not to mention he got me a great deal on an amazing car. I will be recommending them in the future. Thank you so much for everything you did. It was a pleasure doing business and we will be back if need be! Matt seems like a salt of the Earth guy. He really tries to work with you, and isn't an aggressive salesman. I really had a great experience in dealing with Matt. I bought a used Honda Pilot Ex, and he dropped $1,000 off of the price. He also covered the fees as well as payment for air compressor to be replaced. Matt was very professional, and I appreciate all he done. If anyone is looking for a used reliable vehicle at a good price, Acceptance Credit United LLC is the place to go. In year Sep 2020 I was new in the city and luckly i met Mr Matt first time in my life for buying a car. The car was Toyota Camry SE 2012 , 117K Miles on it ,i liked the car , When i took the car for the test drive i told Mr Matt my heart and mind says that after talking to you that you are very honest and good human being, i asked the price , the price was more than reasonable i made the deal done. i drove this car two times from Birmingham to Canada and back and still driving without any problem and any repair, Has now150K Miles.
