Best help “you’re buying a GOOD car” I drove from MS to buy a car Thursday, Sept 3rd 2026 and by Sunday it started misfire Monday was even worse no check engine lights to give me codes makes me wonder if this company is putting additives in their vehicles to get them sold and down the road. Been told it may be a torque converter which means transmission problems. I messaged them to tell them my issues and how they knew I was a single parent and could absolutely not afford anything else to happen with my vehicles and you sell me something that didn’t even make it a week?? And I’m 3 hours away or I would have knocked on the door and asked you to fix them day ONE of the misfire. How can people do others like this?? The seller says okay I’ll tell my boss to see if he can help make this right. Never heard back from bossman terrible business. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy because I for one knows what it’s like to be places in a situation with vehicle issue and yet here I am again thousands in the hole with a car that shakes like a leaf in a thunderstorm. PLEASE TAKE CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM THIS PLACE! 3. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I WENT HERE ON DECEMBER 2025 AND FOUND A CHEVY MALIBU LT!! THEY WAS ASKING 5999! TEST DROVE THE CAR EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE! WAS BUYING THE CAR FOR CASH! BUT WITH CASH THEY STILL PUT A 500 DOLLAR DEALER FEE ON THE CAR WHICH IS RIDICULOUS IF IM PAYING CASH! OKAY THE NEXT DAY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON! TOOK IT BACK TOOK THEM A WHOLE DAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM! ONE WEEK LATER THE CAR STOPPED RUNNING AND GAS POURING OUT THE CAR! CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM! OUT OF MY POCKET FOR IN A MATTER OF A WEEK AGO THAT I JUST PAYED FOR! AND THEN GONNA TELL ME I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS!? AND WHILE IM THERE LOBBY FULL OF PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT THEIR CARS BACK COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING!! SO I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE OWNER HE FINALLY FIXED THE CAR!! AFTER A FEW DAYS! NOW SINCE I HAD THE CAR EVERY OTHER MONTH IM REPAIRING SOMETHING! THE AXLES THE STARTER THE COOLANT SYSTEM AND HAVE A LIST OF OTHER THINGS THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED! IM A DISABLED PERSON I TOOK MY SAVINGS AND PAID FOR THIS CAR THINKING IT WAS A GOOD CAR FOR CASH! NOW IM BARELY ABLE TO GET BY AND PAY MY BILLS AND EVERY DAY NEEDS BECAUSE I HAVE CAR REPAIRS! I KNOW THE CAR WAS BROUGHT AS- IS! BUT YOU WOULD THINK THAT CAR DEALERSHIP WOULDNT SALE BAD CARS! WHEN MOST PEOPLE CAN’T AFFORD TO PAY CASH AND HAVE CAR PAYMENTS! SO JUST IMAGINE IF I HAD A CAR NOTE ON TOP OF ALL THESE REPAIRS!? THEY GO TO CAR AUCTIONS AND BUY THESE CARS CLEAN THEM UP AND UP THE PRICES AND FINANCES AND PASS THEM RIGHT UNTO PEOPLE WITH NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! AFTER PROBLEMS! YOU COULD JUST GO TO THE CAR AUCTIONS YOURSELF AND COME OUT CHEAPER AND STILL HAVE THESE PROBLEMS BUT AT LEAST YOU WOULDNT BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE OR TRIPLE FOR THE CAR! AND PROBABLY COULD AFFORD THE REPAIRS! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THESE COMMENTS THEY PAY PEOPLE TO PLACE A REVIEW BEFORE YOU LEAVE! HALF OF THESE REVIEWS ARE NOTHING BUT LIES! JUST KNOW GOD SEES AND HEARS ALL! AND THEY DEFINITELY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOWED! KARMA DEFINITELY HAS THEIR NAME ON IT! PLEASE PEOPLE LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE! THEY OPENED A 2ND LOCATION TO KEEP REAPING OFF PEOPLE! MAY GOD HELP ME WITH THESE REPAIRS! 4. They have great cars nice people 5. Great experience at Auto Hub! Mo and Kleem made our purchase so easy with no pressure and all of our questions answered so helpful. Highly recommend. 6. Great people worked with us to get the wife something new and they made the process easy 7. Guys were great, did have to wait for them to get the keys because owner wasn't around but got me in and out 8. Would not buy a car from this place, bought a vehicle and when financed the company we used wrote up the contract incorrect and when I notified the owner he did nothing but trash my credit by constantly trying to find a different financing company without my consent to do so, I couldn’t even purchase a car by myself because of how many times he ran my credit (10+ different times) The vehicle ended up being a piece of junk. He used Bondo to patch a rusted out hole and after further looking into the huge hole in the side of the vehicle the whole truck was rusted to hell and back. they get their cars from auctions with god knows what issues so look cautiously at what ur buying from here but i will not ever buy from this place again. They did more damage to my credit and financial state than the vehicle was worth! 9. Go see Kwame! He gone take care of you and put you in a car 10. Lovely and flexible they were amazing to work with. Highly recommend! 11. Ali did us absolutely right loved my time for my purchase 12. My 1st experience with Auto Hub LLC and I must say I was very pleased with the exceptional customer buying experience. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive. 13. Kwame was excellent and attentive but not pushy at all. Let us browse and made the car buying experience quick and easy. I recommend everyone buy here. 14. Excellent experience at Auto Hub! Kleem and Ali went above and beyond to help us purchase our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited and 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel. They were honest, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We are extremely happy with our vehicles and highly recommend Auto Hub to anyone looking for great service and quality vehicles! 15. Ali was very helpful, professional, and courteous.
