They dont okay not even 2 days after I had to replace my alternator (No Joke) had my first very big inconvenience but I'm more than 2 months in and still running. I almost had a accident on the interstate bc the tracking device that they put in each vehicle fell on my driving position and obscured my view. FIrst 2months have been okay, like Stated it still runs. I can't speak for everyone else, but MTO has always been good to me no matter the situation these are good people at this business they understand things happen just go in there and talk to them I recently had a 2007 Corolla unfortunately I got behind and it was repoed but trust me these people are very good to their customers no matter the situation you have Rude to customers. I wouldn't buy a car here. Go somewhere else that has a great atmosphere and wants your money I had a great experience. It was fast and easy. Romald was a great salesman. Ron is an excellent sales person Ron is a kind person. He really helped me today with his exceptional premier customer service!!!! Good people Mr Snead was very helpful when getting me into a car MTO motors is amazing!!! The process was quick and easy. Mr. Ron took his time no matter what he had going on and he helped me through and through until we found the perfect car for me. I really appreciate them the entire team is amazing!
