I paid ben Ross a $2200 retainer fee in 2021 and haven't been able to get ahold of him since 3. Great experience with Mr.Ross. Made this process easy for me and reassured me 10/10 recommend! 4. My husband died back 2022 of January 29th and this lawyer has done nothing but to resolve the probate issue at all. He told if I didn't pay 10,000 dollars to her lawyer to make it all go away I would be paying that money. Told me to borrow it from my family since they had it to give and I refused. Since then its never went to court except for that day n lasted less then a minute n was charged 40 for 5 minutes to reschedule to which never happened. I and my stepdaughter came to an agreement. He said she had to show proof she fired her lawyer and he would settle out of court and she did just that and took a copy of it to the Piggott Arkansas courthouse. Since then it took a month and a week to get him to answer through his secretary that her lawyer had to sign off through the Piggott Arkansas courts to continue this. He never said that till now. He has been the worst person I've ever had to deal with over my husband's death. They basically put me in my home and locked the doors on me. I'm not allowed to drive my car, and pay for 3 cars since his death. I will never use this man for anything else. But I do know my rights have been stripped from me as widow and he knows it. I had dealt with my husbands home being broke into trashed, a major amount of stolen items, called the Piggott Sheriff's and they did nothn still dont care about it either and the Piggott county road personal destroyed they front off the property including taking away the second driveway and they know they fid it too.No matter what he says. Don't use him for a death in the family ever not worth your time. 5. Ben took on my custody case which lasted over a year and a half. His whole staff were excellent and handled everything with such professionalism. Ben is very good at his job and will work very hard for your case no matter what it is over. He went above and beyond to ensure that my case went well. And kuddos to all of his staff for helping me as with in every step of this journey.
