Customer Feedback Summary: On Pointe I'm interested in On Pointe because it was my childhood dentist, and my entire family visited here. Dr. Tom Nack, who I asked, may no longer be there. This individual is without a doubt the most discourteous and hostile healthcare provider I believe I have ever interacted with. In my sibling's mouth, I believe he "missed" up to ten cavities. Several cavities were spotted by a different dentist in the same office, many of them discolored since they were not filled when he said they were present. I am not sure how this happened, he had apparently completed the fillings. And there was even some issue with his personal insurance. This office's work attracts poor reviews because it appears that the professionals disagree with the dentist. Dr. Nack also talked to my mother regarding "wrinkles" on her face. He has even been totally insulting to me and my family. He smiled at me and was incredibly insulting and dismissive. I don't suggest him at all. The rest of the staff have very little to fault. Only an unprofessional person is that mean, insulting, dismissive, and hostile to everyone. The staff has no way to contend with him and can only act to him. By no means do I suggest Dr. Nack. I cannot recommend him because I cannot believe he is a dentist. The other staff is fantastic; they promptly and effectively carry out their duties. So I would recommend the office to him as a whole. Doctor Nack has personal problems with specific patients that he thinks are permanent. Personally, a recommendation to avoid him would be for the sake of sanity (Esquire, 2021). I had a cleaning and polishing of my teeth. I cannot remember the man's name, but he was extremely gentle and nice. I also had another appointment with a new dentist, but they did not tell me in advance. He might have been a good dentist, but I don't know. I started with Dr. Patel, who I was a patient of for many years until she left. I called the office for an appointment and they assigned me a different dentist. Now I have had two new dentists, and there is a third one. I have requested the individual that name would be given in advance, but all the same, I have met the new doctor to carry out the check-up and treatment. He was very polite and gentle. I appreciate your efforts and commitment to being in line with my schedule. Generally, my treatment and interaction with the staff members, including the doctor, has always been fantastic. The punctuality, cleanliness, and courteousness of everyone involved are some of the things that I have always liked about your clinic. Thank you very much, and I'll always ensure that I refer my friends and relatives to your clinic whenever they need such services. The friendliness and kindness of the dental technician were sufficient to acknowledge how professional and kind they were. She was thorough and informed me at every stage what was to be done. It was very nice, and I can say, so far, that is their culture. Thank you very much, and I hope to visit again for my next appointment. My first contact with the clinic was a phone call made by my youngest daughter who wanted to the hospital because of an emergency toothache. The customer care services were beyond reproach. The official was polite and professional from the way they answered the call, took the history of the patient, and booked an appointment within no time. That is something that attracted us back as a family. The care and friendliness of all your staff members is something that I and my family totally liked. In particular, the Doctor was very professional and took a considerable amount of time checking my teeth, xrays, and pictures of my mouth and explaining details of any abnormality that she picked up from the examination (On Pointe Dentistry, 2021). I had an emergency extraction, and the staff was friendly and able to get me in on the same day I called. I was in a lot of pain, and it was a great relief to have my tooth removed that day. Although it was a little more expensive that I would have liked to pay, it was worth it to not have to deal with that toothache anymore. Since they have been in business for more than ten years, they deserve some recognition because my family and I were satisfied with their services (On Pointe Dentistry, 2021). The other time I had this experience was in 2015 when I had a tooth decay. They were very quick to respond to my call, explained to me what was to be done, and I was very happy with the results. My mum was very happy with the clinic because they have done a great job for her for many years. My appointment went very well today. The two hygienists were outstanding. Monique was a temporary staff, but I would like if you consider retaining her because she was very friendly and made me enjoy my checkup. The staff members were very professional, and I did not wait for more than ten minutes before I was checked. From this, I can recommend this place to my friends because of what I have observed while under some treatment. She has friendly staff, and I was treated well. As the title goes, it's truly out of this world. The staff was friendly, and they treated me with courtesy. Given good care and treatment when I needed it. There were clean and excellent facilities, and the staff members were very friendly. They all treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I would recommend this clinic to many people.
