About this business

Pueblo, a company since 2015, continues to modernize and help our community. First built at the Phoenix Public Market, Pueblo was founded by third-generation native Arizonan Michael Lanier and co-owned by Landscape Architect Coby Bruckner. We moved downtown and now we call Historic Grand Avenue home. In our neighborhood, we spent almost two years restoring the historic building and garden where we began, just a block away. The term pueblo refers to "community." Our core workforce receives a livable wage, and we stick with plants, people, and place. Our garden is always shifting, and we eagerly await your visit. Pueblo has always been an environmentally conscious company. We've always resided in historic buildings.

Reviews Summary

Pueblo is a place where you can purchase plants and at the same time gather ideas on how to make your plants grow healthy and happier. Most of the reviewers were first-time visitors. Some admitted they were first-time plant owners and what it is that they love about the place is its very helpful staff and beautiful plant variety. Most of Pueblo's customers appreciate the presence of a small coffee shop, which adds relaxation in the already relaxing environment. Some commented that they will visit the place every time they are in doubt about the right information about plants and coffee. However, many appreciated the customer service. Most of them received some advice from seasoned professionals, and if they had a problem, they were given an assurance of a long-standing solution. Some verified that the place is excellent for new plant owners and plant fans who are willing to get additional information. The plant owners also appreciate that Pueblo is a good place to relax when they also want to chill. In general, Pueblo is a very serene place for plant lovers and a place to relax. One reviewer commented that most plant shops are less relaxing and are quite noisy, opposite to Pueblo. A significant conclusion is that a blend of relaxation and good customer service is what Pueblo offers. A relaxing ambiance and friendliness seem to be the most profound memory one gets from visiting Pueblo. The overwhelming response from many customers is the availability of many different kinds of plants. Many people appreciate that they were able to get the rarest species, which they did not see in other plant shops. One of the customers appreciated that they were able to get a "Lickety Split" species that they had read about but never come across in real life. That rare species is now in her room, and she is happy to have seen it. Most plant owners seem to be appreciating a different site that does not specialize in succulents, and they will say that their shopping has been successful. The plant characteristics will vary from variegated Species to a large selection that seems to be enjoyable in the shop. The plant knowledge seems to be passed on perfectly, and one of them is that the light that plants need is quite diverse. Customers appreciate the knowledge that is passed on because through it, they are able to get the plants that they will feel happy to give their friends. These suggest one thing that there is knowledge that is backed with a lot of diversity.
