I would not trust this company. We are a family of four (wife, myself, and twin 5-year-old boys). We only have one bathroom in our house, wash clothes in cold water, and only run the dishwasher at night when everyone is in bed. I had an issue with an old water heater and called Robins Plumbing. We paid over $2k for the tech to replace the electric water heater with the same water capacity (50-gallon) unit. If you compare the costs from Home Depot or other supply houses, I should have a VERY strong unit. However, we had problems within the first week. Unfortunately, if two people take a hot shower back-to-back, you run out of hot water. The tech came out and informed me that the unit was working correctly, and to fix this problem, I would need to pay an additional $1500. Robins Plumbing water heaters are costly, and this should not happen, especially with the size of our house and the length of our showers. Two people should be able to take a hot shower, especially two 5-year-olds who can't take that hot of a shower. Either the tech is lying to me regarding the unit working correctly, or Robins Plumbing installed a subpar unit. I would think twice before having them replace your water heater.
