About this business
Tony's Auto Service Center has been awarded one of the best shops in Arizona by KTAR's Under the Hood show. Mark Salem, TV 3's auto guy, has named us Phoenix's top-rated shop every year since we opened our doors. Shops must be nominated by customers to participate in the contest, and Mark Salem's team inspects the shop thoroughly. Just as much as our customers do, he believes we are "tops." You can also learn about our community involvement. Every employee must contribute to Phoenix Children's Hospital. Tony's Auto Service Center matches their contributions, and all employees participate weekly. We also offer community contact information and services such as free automotive upkeep clinics, sponsorships for Arcadia High School teams, and discounts for Saint Mary's Food Bank and Saint Vincent De Paul charity vehicles.

Tony’s charged me $730 for a single ignition coil on a Scion TC, this is a cheap car and I’m a young man and they wanted another $3000 to put a new cat on. Oh don’t forget the battery tie down! $17, and a “$250” ignition coil. This is extremely questionable and I would stay away unless you have cash to throw away. the work they did do was fine, nothing anyone couldn’t do anyways. Battery tie down and coil over. $730. I’m wrong for paying it, they’re wrong for charging it. No question. This place is a HUGE scam on the people. STAY AWAY. All the work done to my car I could’ve done myself in 20min and a scan tool from auto zone. $120 to clear a code. This place is sucking people dry with zero morality about it. Makes me honest to god sick that people can outright rip you off and stay in business. I’m guessing the good reviews are faked.
