Two big reasons I can't give five stars, and I really would love to give her 55 First, her Google location showed her office next to the courthouse in Martinez when in reality her office is in Concord. I actually preferred the Concord location. Second, I expected to pay for her services by major credit card and she was not equipped to accept c/c. Making a cash payment was very difficult and inconvenient for me. At least if I had been informed up front that c/c was not accepted, I could have taken that into account. She then claimed that her website made a "cash or check" disclaimer and that was not a true statement. (At least not on the mobile website that I saw) So if you are ok with her Concord location and you know ahead of time that you cannot pay her by credit card, then you can read this review as 5 stars.
