Client Testimonials: 1. Request her to charge data entry by much less fees. She charged data entry fee like lawyer fee - Most of the time are data entry, actually not consultant. I told her the facts, and she is honest for calculating time to meet her, but she counted time to enter data ( customers changed info a lot, many times ) as lawyer time for hours . At the end , customers payed her a lot more than other lawyers who charged data entry time with a lot less cost. 2. Remarkable legal counsel. Smart, efficient, considerate of all parties. Highly recommend. 3. Very rude and unprofessional lawyer, court server threw the summons at my wife face. I would never recommend this lawyer for any services. Plus, lack of attention to detail, Not responding to calls / voice mails in a timely manner. She made client to wait at her office for hours. I wish there is an option of Zero Stars. 4. She advocated for me tirelessly. Her kindness and that of her staff is outstanding. She is very highly respected among Alameda County Family Law attorneys. I have recommended her to every friend and acquaintance who has had the misfortune of needing a family law attorney and will continue to do so. 5. The process for mediation began fine, but has appeared to transform into a money siphon for the law office. I have been paying hundreds, sometimes thousands, a month for 22 months for "review and revisions," none of which have ever been explained to me, even after several requests. As told to me by the secretary, to get a complete explanation and status update would require talking directly with Cynthia, which would end up costing me $300/hr. Horrible service and process, one that I don't see an end to any time soon. I would have thought an amicable mediation would've been much quicker, but I guess it's much more lucrative for the law office to drag it out.
