I’ve been putting off my lump in my throat situation because I knew it would be a headache. But, that wasn’t the case until I found Julie. She made a stressful situation have an ease and assurance that she has my back. I think it's one thing to say it but another to show it in actions like she did. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her. Thank you for everything Julie.14. wow, where do I begin, started my divorce back in 2016 and had no idea what I was doing. I have put it off for years due to life just happening. I was referred by a client's mom and when I looked up J&J Document I found out she was down the street from me. From the time I initially called and left a voicemail, to the fast call back Julia has been amazing. I made an appointment and got my now ex husband to come. She explained everything in detail to the both of us, since I had already started the process and was currently still active she was able to iron out the details, get the proof of service and our signatures filed. We started the process on 3/19/2024, final judgment was on 6/17/24 and was even backdated to 6/7/24. I am now divorced as of 6/7 :) She saved me a ton of money, gave us options, walked us through every single step of the process, answered every email, every question and was very knowledgeable. If we could give her 10 stars we definitely would! I highly recommend her, in fact.. she’s the only one I recommend. After 8 years I can now finally marry my best friend and Julia made that possible. We are forever in your debt!15. I came to J&J docs for my divorce. I was told by them that they're "will be with me to the end". At first everything seemed fine. As time went on, things changed. When I went to court for some hearings, I was told by the judge that my paperwork was NOT submitted on time. This happened several times. There also was times that I could NOT get ahold of anyone FOR MONTHS. I was texting, emailing, going through 3rd party answering service and no response until it was too late to have response sent in on time with the courts. I was embarrassed so many times in the courtroom, sitting there hearing the judge telling me that the paperwork was filled and too late or the right paperwork wasn't even filled. Last week I had to go to court because my ex filed paperwork. I contacted J&J when I first received the paperwork and asked them, "what now? Don’t I have to respond?" I was told, "no". Just show up to court. It didn’t sound right but I trusted them. Needless to say, the judge scolded me for NOT RESPONDING and my ex won and got was he was asking for. Just so disgusted and disappointed.
