I want to thank Carol Allen Law Group very much and ask for God's blessings of this place for helping me make my dream come true by becoming a resident of the United States. Though it has been very tough, I have come to make it, and we thank Luisa Sosa. Thank you very much for being part of this great achievement. I arrived to the office for a consult with the attorney and found out she does FREE consults!!! In these hard times anything helps, I was pleased and left after we finalized my documents. 3. Bad organization and time management. Excellent service, every time we go to the office the secretaries and even the lawyer are very friendly to us, we are very pleased with all their work and dedication, but sometimes they get overwhelmed and forget about the time the appointment was scheduled. 4. Trust issues - left in the dark. We paid this office to complete a FOIA request form for a family member, four weeks in we checked in asking if they heard anything, they said they would get back to us as soon as they heard something. We never heard back, and after many follow-ups with their office, they never replied to any of our calls or emails. They took our thousand dollar payment and left us in the dark, then ignored us. 5. Scammer - from someone who signed a deal then after a few months. Don't go to this lawyer we are currently her clients, we had a deal about monthly payments but she keeps harassing us to make more more payments she's not professional and it took her 7 months to submit my husband application.
