Chungking Studio

Chungking Studio provides rental creative spaces. It is situated in Chinatown and is just one mile away from Los Angeles City Hall. It is a high-end, brightly lit space with a large window that provides natural light. You can alter this enormous 'softbox' with one-stop privacy/diffusion blinds, or you can block out the light entirely with an automated curtain. The property is located on Chung King Road, Gallery Row, where it can accommodate event/pop-up gallery use. During the day, it is quiet, but during art openings, it will be full of patrons. Our property is just 20 feet from the Hill Street exit of the 110 Fwy. There are also paid parking stalls nearby and can be loaded within minutes. Chungking Studio offers a private, comfortable place for filmmakers, photographers, and creatives. It is located near restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment outlets.
