Montenegro Mfg. Handmade Bicycles Hello there, my name is Hernan Montenegro, and I manage Montenegro Mfg. My company specializes in the development of high-end carbon fiber bicycles. This business was a childhood fantasy. It was before carbon fiber even became available, a material I would later come to know as ideal for a fresh approach to making bicycles by hand. I was offered a job opportunity me my Aerospace friends. I still could work for those 8-10 hours and ride my bike during off days. This sounds like a dream job for many people but for me, it felt like I had given up on my passion. It came to my mind that someone needed to remind me that my dreams were still valid; so I quit the job
