While Mr. Bains was able to successfully assist me with filing my response with the court, I feel his delivery of some of the advice he gave me was a bit on the condescending side. For example, I raised a question regarding the court fees associated with me filing my response. He responded in a way that came off as though he was trying to coach me on how to approach and interact with the court clerks; as if I previously gave off the impression that I may not know how to speak to people. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 16. I’m 31 now, and more than proficient at developing rapport with people and interacting with others in a professional setting. While I appreciate the warning, I feel it was off base, unnecessary, and in no way related to the original question that was asked of him.
