Zedomily Legal Services Customer Review Overall Score: 1 Customer feedback summary: 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! The front desk Ana is no help, answers every question with "I DON'T KNOW". Vito is watching you through camera in the tiny office & also sits on the phone telling Ana what to say.. IT'S PRETTY CREEPY! Zedomily filed my small claim case. Knew when, and where the person would be at in order to serve.. (I literally had court in the SAME BUILDING) They did not show up on either of the two days. I ended up paying someone else to serve the documents. I called Zedomily to speak with Vito. Ana asked me what was the reason and before I could say why she cut me off asked for my Full Name then hung up in my face.. I called back Ana was being very rude stating she has a customer is why she hung up, that they finished my case and doesn't know why I'm calling them and her boss (Vito) told her to hang up. Then proceeded to HANG UP IN MY FACE once AGAIN. I then called the number provided to contact Vito he answered very rudely cursing at me saying what do I want, why am I calling, my case is over and that he's now retired.. I'm confused on why they were so disrespectful all of a sudden. Vito tells me he "doesn't give a shit" and hangs up in my face AGAIN.. So let me get this straight you TAKE MY MONEY, do a HALF JOB, and now I'm the bad guy? Sounds to me like you knew why I was calling and wanted to avoid me.. If you feel that you did your job why go out of your way to be so disrespectful for NO REASON. Threatening to sue for "harassment" because I asked for my money back?
