I have not received a prompt response from your office or the person who handled my taxes since I had questions. My main issue was that the service person said they would give my message to Gina, and I would receive a call when no one responded to me. I have been trying to get in touch with you for two weeks, and I have not been given a clear answer. It is very frustrating when someone says they will have a specific time for me, and nobody contacts me. I understand about the $25 charge, but my problem is that you did not take the time to answer my question.
