SBEMP Review Summary
1. Customer experience was extremely dissatisfactory. See the firm review below:
Your firm has been communicating with me in a bizarre and almost robotic manner...Additionally, there was no significant explanation as to why such fees are required. I also contacted two competitors, all of whom responded to me by email with a normal conversation and work that included back-and-forth human interaction, as well as questions and elaboration about my request. It was refreshing. In addition, your potential fees of up to 4 hours for $550/hour for a reaffirmation were termed "ridiculous" by not only your competitors but also other out-of-state counsel with whom I have worked in the past. Moreover, some of them provided alternative services that did not require any fees. In conclusion, the way you communicate and conduct business seems to be driven by the need for fees rather than from the desire to help a potential client and, as a result, it does not suit me.

3. Both my husband and I had a great experience with SBEMP as they are very professional and supportive. We had some legal documents handled by them, and the outcome was more than we expected. You can use them for your legal requirements (SBEMP, 2022).
