Client Feedback Overview: 1. Horrible Experience - Claudia Weaver did not answer my questions. She would not call me to update me on her court appearances on my behalf. When we would meet before a court hearing, she would yell at me and belittle me, with the judge waiting for her to finish. ADO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!! Claudia seemed more focused on making me feel bad; had she put that effort into my case, she may have faired better. But when she realized the judge didn't click with her, she gave up on me. Claudia should not be an attorney. The few attorneys that have worked with her would tell me she was tough; they would add that the witch had just landed on her broomstick whenever she showed up to court. I do not recommend her; run as quickly as possible. Do not hire her; she will be happy to accept your money but never take your calls. 2. Smart and Experienced - Claudia Weaver is a very smart woman; she knows the law. She tells you what you don't want to hear but what you need to hear. She has been doing family law for over 30 years. She knows her stuff. She has also seen every family law case. Good in court and does not chicken out. She is well learned. 3. Fight for You - Claudia Weaver is a law ace; you bring her the facts, and she uses all the tools available to fight for you. She is a very well-organized lawyer. She has no time to lose; she moves fast to ensure your case is heard at the right time. She will not take an item for later. Her staff is very kind and patient. Communication with her office is fantastic. I trust her to explore all ways to win my case. If you have a complex family law case, Claudia is the go-to person. If you are looking for an intelligent, experienced family law expert, who can really put up a fight in court and show some respect, Claudia is your person.
