Gary, Till, Burlingham & Lynch

(#1) Attorney Steven Richard Burlingham was retained on November/1st/2018 for 10,000 dollars to represent my mother and myself on a upcoming December/6th court proceeding. (#2) On November/2nd/2028 Attorney Steven Richard Burlingham received investigation report from court investigator RLP stating that their was a conflict of interest my mother and myself being represented by the same attorney Steven Richard Burlingham, and she is requesting a court appointed attorney to represent my mother on the December 6th court proceeding. (#3) This was when I retained a second attorney for 9,000.00 dollars cash to work with Attorney Burlingham to remove the potential conflict brought up by court investigator RLP and to give my mother the benefit of a private attorney to represent my mother on the December 6th court proceeding. (#4) On the same day Attorney Burlingham received the investigative report from Court Investigator RLP requested a court appointed attorney to represent my mother Attorney Burlingham, sent a message to new attorney requesting a Substitution of Attorney because he filed opposition on behalf of my mother. (#5) On November/28/2028 New Attorney had me sign a Substitution of Attorney stating they received a message from Attorney Burlingham which stated he wanted to represent my mother on the December 6th court proceeding and they needed my signature on the Substitution of Attorney. (#6) On December 4th 2018 Attorney Burlingham prepared a second Substitution of Attorney and forged my signature on the Substitution of Attorney and used it to release himself from representing my mother on the December 6th court proceeding. (#7) On December/6th/2018 Attorney Burlingham failed to show up to court to represent my mother which allowed the court to appoint a court appointed attorney to represent my mother. (#8) After Attorney Burlingham failed to show up to court I proceeded to try to retrieve the 10,000 dollar retainer that was paid to Attorney Burlingham but he kept avoiding me. (#9) On January/13th/2019 Attorney Burlingham sent me a message saying that I never retained him to represent my mother or myself that I retained the other firm, and he kept the 10,000 dollar retainer. Attorney Burlingham is a corrupt attorney and needs to go to prison for what he did to my mother.
