If you're a complete beginner, choose an Introductory/Slow Beginners ballet workshop. This beginner class starts with the very first steps in ballet. We promise you won't be intimated at all. If you were a dancer when you were younger and you'd like to get back into it after a long hiatus, you'll be put in the Mix levels class. This is based on the level of your fitness and it's tailored to your ability.
