Customer Feedback Summary 1. Jacob -represents the trust of my family and has not returned my phone calls, messages, emails and texts: in 118 days; after he left me a voice mail to ask if my mailing address is the same as I had confirmed to him already- which it is. And I have not stated other wise. I have requesting in writing and not received to date any initial accounting, updated accounting as well as final accounting’s - regarding 2022 trust financial statements reports and events. As the beneficiary, the trustee is given reasonably high belief of misconducts - This does not seem to be legally upstanding. So I would not recommend the peacock law firm. Good for making the trust and getting themself paid - but also not good in informing and following the laws and legal regulations which are precedent. Not ideal circumstances for clients who come to this situation at the most sensitive of times. 2. Always helpful & accurate. 3. Josh and Jake are really amazing attorneys.
