This is the worst attorney and most incompetent man I’ve ever worked with. Jim never met with me before any court date didn’t prepare me for trial didn’t turn in key evidence didn’t thoughtfully cross examine. In fact I feel if I was self represented I would’ve won that case. This attorney has caused long lasting and damaging effects. When I asked for my case file they didn’t send it. I had to ask in legal terms, and it was finally sent. After I had already fired him. His assistant was still uploading files. Files that should’ve been in my case file already and exhibits that should’ve been turned in for my court date exhibits that would’ve exonerated me. This is a man in cheap suits with zero integrity didn’t follow through on anything. I asked him to do and I have proof of all of it. I will not let this go, and I will be not only filing a malpractice suit, but there will be complaints with the board and I will make sure this attorney doesn’t hurt anyone else ever again?
