Clean working habits. The old heater &airheater were removed, and the ducting was completely removed and replaced with new dependable ones They have taken a lot of care in making sure ny AC is fixed. DSM has very professional and polite technicians. They were also informative with what they had to do and why. Their cost was 200$ for 3 visits to diagnose the strange problem. My home insurance took care of the cost, for how important this job was for me, the cost was wortheveryPenny. Good, and Fast... Totally Satisfied. The HVAC install team did a great job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They always kept the area clean, kept me informed, and the entire team had a great attitude. Great and prompt service. Provided me with several options. Call service very friendly. Crew worked extremely hard finished the job in 1 day. The service technician, Nick Ryan, did an excellent job and was very professional. He seemed to diagnose the issue and we’re awaiting the fix. Tech was good and knowledgeable The technician made me feel like a burden the whole time he was here. I did not know how long it would take him to fix the problem of my A/C but kept complaining that he had to get back to Stockton and my asking to change the filters was not something he did and was very angry that he said he would do it. I am a 72-year-old widow and can’t bend down to do such things. He did a great job on the A/C but his rude attitude made me feel like a burden and felt very bad after he left. I thought that was his job no matter how long it took. I have had other A/C technicians come in the past, and he is the only one that made me feel like a woman that should not ask for help. I will ask American Home Shield to use another company if my A/C goes out again. I am very disappointed. What a change the A/C broke again just 4 days after Chris came and instead of instant next day service I had to wait 3 days. But Adrian came and was so nice and made me feel as if I was an important customer. He explained everything and now the A/C unit will be replaced and it will be as soon as possible. Thank you Adrian. Very courteous and easy to work with Just wanting to let you know that your service technician Adrian Gonzalez arrived promptly, he did excellent work and gave very detailed explanations to me of what he was doing, why he was doing it, I'd highly recommend this company to anyone that has a need. The door to my air conditioning and heating unit is broken and I'm still waiting for a response Fixed the AC unit by replacing connectors.
