The leak was fixed by another company, but I contacted RB HVAC for future issues. That repair lasted through the summer. It was recommended that I consider replacing my AC and furnace at some point (always do them together) because of the age and because the evaporator coil I have is no longer available. Was told they would be the first in line to get my business if my system started to fail due to the fantastic customer service I received during the visit. Over a year later, my AC was running continuously and not as effectively as it should. I reached out to RB HVAC, remembering what I told them. I was still interested in doing business. Not only did they honor the quote I was given last year to repair my system, they did even better on pricing for a new HVAC system. I really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you! 4.
