Summary of Customer Feedback: Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, cleaning, or fixing any AC within a few hours, used them several times for new systems and maintenance over the last 3 years and have never had any issues. Greener employees show experience and proficiency in their work. Staff is always able to install, repair or clean any ac within a few hours in an organized and efficient time frame. This is the third time I had Greener Solutions at my house. It was a great pleasure of their service, which involves a comprehensive service and checkup for all AC units, not just remote cleaning. Two other times were when we had ac installed at our home, and the staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Also, Greener employees are very friendly and show experience and proficiency in their work. Not cool. I thought they "fixed" A/C units? Paid $100 to basically have them feed me a long sales pitch to try and get me to purchase an entire unit for an exorbitant amount. I didn't bite. I made it clear I needed someone HONEST, I could've avoided the whole thing, including the fee right then and there. Ultimately their work was a necessary service that resulted in a better working AC and increased the overall lifespan of my unit, some potential glaring issues regarding the company’s practices in some of its operations and could result in a decrease in customers in the long run. Extremely thorough, professional, and saved us from a major hazard! I cannot rave enough about Carlos and the team at Greener Solutions Heat and AC. We originally scheduled a standard $179 AC tune-up and water heater flush, but what we got was an incredible level of comprehensive service that literally gave us peace of mind about our home's safety. Carlos was prompt, patient, kind, and took his time to truly assess our systems. Not only did he handle our scheduled maintenance, but he also identified a few critical, dangerous issues we had no idea existed—including an illegally installed power panel and a water heater that was on the verge of failing. He didn't just point things out; he brought total transparency to the process, showing us everything every step of the way with concrete proof and facts to back it up. He was never high-pressure, and he really worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable and informed about his findings and our options.
