The ICC consistently received positive reviews, where it led a training session led by coaches named Doug, Tina and Dave. Their interactive forums have changed the attendees to a more interactive and engaging training culture. They have succeeded, feeling more welcome and involved in interaction in sessions led by Judy and Sandy. This training has made the management of the training culture less difficult, with Tony contributing to making the interactive discussions and making the training very convenient. In all the establishments reviewed, the only one where the training is less interactive is ABC Company. Nevertheless, Sandy has been instrumental in taking the stakeholders through the content discussed and making the training informative enough, which has made it more interactive. Generally, the reviews show that the company has been successful in making the interactive sessions informative and engaging, but it must improve the interaction of the sessions led by Doug.
