Hartford obedience training club

Oldest in the USA, Hartford Obedience Training Club was established in 1937 with Nutmeg. We were the first club to operate in the USA. We train dog owners on how to teach their dogs the right commands for competition and companionship. Obedience work will make any dog a more devoted companion. The friendly bond between dog and owner grows stronger. All dogs, regardless of breed, are welcome to participate in our services. Our instructors train using American Kennel Club exercises in obedience, rally, and agility. Your dog can compete in AKC trials and/or matches if you choose. All dogs, mixes included, can enter AKC obedience, rally, and agility contests. Titles are offered to both purebreds and mixed-breed dogs at United Kennel Club shows throughout the year.
