LA Fitness Review Highlights: - Clean and friendly staff, lots of room on three floors - Poor maintenance: The sauna was not working for two months after joining - Great variety of equipment, friendly staff but untidy locker rooms - William was informative and accommodating - Great equipment, service, and classes; sauna is often broken - Good gym and clean but sometimes feels neglected - The inconsistent pool water quality is disgusting and unsafe - Lacks size and parking and always under maintenance. I missed the giant multi-story treadmill cardio area - Most staff are constantly changing, and the staff in kids’ club are not friendly - It’s horrible, impolite, and unprofessional. Even their card machine was not operating - The gym is okay, but parking is problematic - Terrible, a bad representation of the LA fitness brand - The air quality is rank, and the locker room and showers smell like death
