Oh boy if I could give this property management negative 5 stars I would. Not sure where to start, I will have to update this review with pictures but lets just say my water smelled like sewage the entire time i lived on the 4th floor. This corporation is greedy and will charge you for anything they can get away with. The apartments are filthy on the outside, trash always overflowing in trash cans. I was locked out of my apartment building because their fob stopped working on 4 separate occasions. Once while having a broken foot and locking off access to the pool (which is not heated by the way so forget about using it Sept through May) that I would have to walk all the way around the entire complex which is huge and all the way back because their "team" refused to bring me a new working fob. Their washing machine tore up every nice article of clothing and towel I own so I had to start doing laundry at the laundromat. The water turned everything brown (not white like calcification) brown like you know what. Company tried to charge me 2X $50 for a "trash violation" because on one occasion they didn't like how I tied the bag and on another one, when they tried to take my trash the bag ripped. They rape you with pet fees, $250 minimum if your dog poops and you don't catch it and their new manager and team has let the entire place go downhill in a hurry. On check out I left the place in better condition then it was when I got it (smelled bad, nails sticking out of floors, etc) but they still tried to charge me $300 for move out fees which they will not get. They allow other not so nice people to Airbnb many of the units so people come to vacation there, don't care about the property and leave. Every time I tried to enjoy the pool there were people who didn't even live there throwing huge parties with pinatas and trash everywhere, loud, there is no oversight whatsoever. None of my issues were resolved until they offered me an early lease break which I gladly took, trying to charge $2500 for a 2 bedroom apartment with nothing but problems. I didn't want to shower or use any water because it smelled so bad. Had to use bottled water to brush my teeth and cook. give to my dogs, etc. They will charge you an arm an a leg for pet rent/fees/etc. The grounds are not kept up, mud everywhere, mulch covering the sidewalks all the time with trash, they don't clean, spit, pee, leaking sour trash all over the elevator floors daily. This place was better in Feb when I started living there but with their new management it is pitiful! Oh and don't forget about the black mold growing behind my cabinets in my kitchen that they never did anything about. Just tried to charge more bogus fees for nothing. So many people I know who signed a lease there have requested to leave early and get out. Not many people want to live there more than a couple weeks before they realize how bad it is.
