This is the worst and the most incompetent property management company that I have dealt with. I have a condo in Arielle in Sarasota, FL. This development is managed by Lighthouse. Lighthouse said, I had not paid a couple of quarterly fees. I and my bank sent and faxed them over 8 times documents that showed they received the payments. The funds were paid by direct deposit by my bank, Bank of America. The bank provided date and time, account number, reference and confirmation numbers that the funds were accepted, but Lighthouse still has not rectified the problem after two months. Lighthouse does not answer any questions. They ask for the same information over and over without assigning a specific person to solve this issue. They have put in little effort to sort out the problem. The next step is to take legal action against this incompetent and unprofessional company.
