Your Feedback Matters 1. Great experience. Easy communication and house was just as described. Very easy to work with and we would definitely use them again! We rented 6 bdrm house in Miramar Beach, FL 2. Booked on vrbo added a linen charge of $400 12 hours later called them and they said sorry pay it or cancel basically terrible customer service ..I understand errors happen but at my inconvenience at least take 5 percent off or offer me something that change pushed that rental past my budget..3. Cancelled my reservation 4 weeks before my trip.4. Awful customer service and no empathy at all. We had to cancel our stay to South Lake Tahoe, which we were very excited for, due to a cancer diagnosis my mom received. She is going to need surgery close to our reservation dates, and we cannot make it due to her recovery and medical expenses. This place is clearly money hungry with no compassion for family emergencies.5. We rented Mauna Lani Villas G1 June 14 to 22nd. It was not move in ready. The freezer did not make or dispense ice nor did it freeze properly. The shower door stuck, no lights in the garage, plugs needed to be screwed in and the mattresses are not comfortable. It took 6 days to fix the freezer to make ice but not dispense ice and 3 days to get other repairs completed. We were disappointed that they didn’t make sure things worked before we moved in. Rent from a better source that are responsive and updates and maintains their units. Love’s Rentals sends messages to property manager who is the person who should have made sure property was move in ready to begin with. A working freezer and working ice machine is important when you rent a condo. Ours wasn’t fixed until 6 days into the 8 day rental and then it wasn’t completely fixed.6. Surprised they have an average of four stars. I highly doubt that is real. BEWARE!!! Money hungry. Listing was NOT accurate on Airbnb, said they would accommodate cats and dogs. AFTER booking they said they don’t, and wouldn’t refund the stay, which would’ve been 4,000. I had to get Airbnb support involved and luckily got ‘allowed to cancel’. They should’ve been the ones to cancel but oh well. Scary policies and shady all around.7. I generally do not give the reviews but they cancel my reservation saying that property is not available. When I booked it I confirmed 3 times regarding dates and exactly before 8 weeks they cancle it sending me email that property is not available. Seriously?? Will never ever go with love rental .8. If rating zero was an option that is what I'd pick for Love Rentals. If your looking for a reliable vacation rental ....STAY away from Love Rental. Your reservation means NOTHING to them!!! We had a reservations for Clearwater,FL confirmed 8 months in adavanced and was paid in full, then on Feb 14, 24 which was 2.5weeks before our planned vacation in Clearwater . We received a 2 word email in the subject line saying RESERVATION CANCELED!!!! Thankfully VRBO was helpful and we did get our money back AFTER 10 days!!! Very disappointed w/ Love Rentals and I do not think anyone should ever book w them!9. Do not book here! They are a joke! We paid for a house weeks in advance when we arrived they had failed to provide a gate code. Once we got in the gate, the door code would not work. At 3am we had to find a hotel because we have no access to the rental we paid for. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED WITH VRBO! what a joke!10. I canceled my reservation with Love Rentals after they tried to shake me down for another 250$ after I had already paid Air bnb .. Very sketchy11. Paid for pool heat. Upon arrival and turning on the hot tub, there were no "bubbles" or real water moving. Called company and they said to make sure the heat is turned on and the timer was on. It was. They sent someone over the next day, owners had been at the house and turned off the heat when they left. So the repair man turned it back on. When we arrived back to the house that night, there still was no real water movement and after 2 hours of the jets being on the hot tub was still cold. Called again and again the next day they sent out another repair man. Turns out the filter was plugged and needed changed. Basic upkeep would have determined this and would have been prevented. Light in hot tub was out and that was never addressed. So after 3 days, we finally had a warm hot tub and pool. Also I questioned that if we had paid for the pool to be heated, why was no one at the property that morning before our arrival to make sure that it was on and properly working? Was told I would be refunded money for the heat and have yet to see a refund. Went to make pancakes the first morning and there was no pans! Only pots in cabinets. So basic household equipment was missing. First night was cold for Florida. Upstairs heat worked and got warm, downstairs was freezing. No extra blankets in closet or on beds. Rest of stay was warm. House was very hot downstairs and cold upstairs. Do no think the air conditioning was working properly. When using the washer, it was very loud. Also when it ran on the spin cycle it moved the washer and thumped badly. Washer could be heard throughout the entire house.12. BEWARE of this company! False advertisement on prices!! Booked on VRBO, talked to the company through VRBO messaging about my booking, verified with pictures of my drivers license and they cancelled (trip was less than a month away) days later saying it was a wrong price. Found the same company/rental on AirbNb at a way higher price for the same dates. I would not trust this host/company on either of those sites.13. I was stuck behind your ad-wrapped car on my way to Disney World. You drove insanely slow (10 in a 35) and didn't use your turn signal when you abruptly decided to come to a full stop to turn to the left turn lane.14. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS! My daughter-in-law was looking to book a place for our large group of family and friends and was just trying to gather information on one of their units. She accidentally booked the place and immediately tried to cancel. The date for the booking was 2 months off but they refused to cancel and refund any of the $4500+ deposit. Even if it wouldn’t have been accidental, there should be some flexibility to return all or at least 90% of the deposit. She contacted Air BnB and they said they had no control over their return policy and they could only return their fee which was minimal. Why would anyone book a large rental months in advance with 50% down and a no cancellation policy that keeps your entire deposit no matter how far out the reservation???15. If I could leave no stars I would. My sister was researching rentals for our family vacation in late March, and accidentally booked one of their Florida houses. After some deliberations it was decided that we would not be able to keep this reservation, and so the very same day she cancelled it. This vacation was 5 months away. Should be no problem to cancel since air BNB has a 48 hour cancellation policy. But LOVE rentals refuses to honor the cancellation and of the almost $5000 deposit my sister is only getting $148 back. This is absolute robbery as they have plenty of time to re rent the house. I would never book with this place again whether directly or through AirBNB.
