Thank you so much Paul I had a very disappointing experience with Mila Realty as my property manager. Throughout my tenancy, they created unnecessary tension over simple requests that should have been handled professionally. Routine maintenance was consistently neglected, and it often felt like nothing would get addressed unless legal action was mentioned or threatened. Instead of working with tenants who were making a genuine effort to pay their rent and resolve issues, they seemed quick to pursue eviction rather than communicate or find reasonable solutions. That approach made an already difficult situation much more stressful than it needed to be. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mila Realty. I hope they improve their communication, maintenance response, and willingness to work with responsible tenants before resorting to legal action. I've had the same property manager for 5 years now at mila Realty, Paul Williams. Since day one he has been so helpful, professional and kind. I'm at my second home with Mila and I am grateful to have someone like him helping me with my move in process. The staff has been prompt and great as well. The running water issue in the master bedroom was fixed quickly and efficiently. We also greatly appreciate the professional who installed our new dishwasher. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the installation process. Kenneth has again surpassed our expectations!
