The home was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous - it had all the essentials required for a perfect holiday. The booking process was simple and straightforward, the company was approachable, professional, and helpful, and the house was perfect and properly handled. Any time we had an issue, the staff offered quick responses and fixes. They are ready to assist you and desire you to have a positive experience. They checked all boxes of exceptional service, from the booking process to the way they treated us during the course. The booking platform is user-friendly and straightforward, and we were able to communicate with the memory staff throughout the process. The house was stunning, and booking was straightforward. Alberto and the team were prompt, professional, and supportive. Remember, we were vacationing with kids, and their assistance was second to none. The memory staff comments are always useful and help facilitate a smooth trip and make you feel at home whenever they answer your questions. I loved their timely responses and helpful solutions to the problems we encountered during the trip. Their customer-oriented services deserve an eight-star rating, and I appreciate their dedication to their work. We will book again with them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.   We have had the worst vacation experience. We were able to take our foster kids to Epic Universe and picked an AirBnb. Upon arrival, the cleaning company was still there. we all go into the house 2 hours late and kids go into a dirty pool, smelling garbage, beds without sheets, barely any towels, dirty glasses dishwasher, and garbage in the garage overflowing. Still optimistic about the day ahead, try to get to sleep and the AC goes out. We reached out to the management company from Epic Universe. It's 2pm. He offers a new place if the AC can't get fixed, says a tech will be there b/w 3-6pm, and radio silence, no tech there. It's now midnight and no technician came. Numerous conversations and requests for help in kid's sleep. Alberto ended conversation saying tech could not come due to rain and to put in a change order to leave early. Pack up the kids in the middle of the night is his solution. He put his conversation on silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Improve your professionalism. Seems like they only want your money but keep on being unprofessional.   ⭐ 0/5 — Do Not Book! Save Yourself the Headache. Received BED BUGS bites. I would rate this property zero. The property was one of the worst I have ever been in. We were all tired, gave the kids a bath from the travel dirt and immediately noticed the flicker of a bug on my infant son. I pick it up and it was a bedbug. Immediately I checked both beds. Then we found more, one on the second bed, and four on the first. The property had wet sheets, the couches were filthy and had an ashtray smell. We checked out the same night and no refunds. Check for bugs before touching anything. Hide full review
