Reliable Sam is a Master Certified Professional coach at CLCI. He runs Integrative Clarity Coaching and focuses primarily on coaching leaders. He uses cognitive behavioral coaching principles and the cognitive coaching model to assist clients in improving their leadership abilities. In his many years as a coach, he has enjoyed working with clients on a wide range of issues. Sam's favorite challenge is helping them to pinpoint areas where their mindset and identity are inconsistent. Based on this, they can create meaningful objectives that resonate with their genuine self. He is always there to help them progress. Sam became a life coach when he relocated to Texas in 2016. He has embraced a culture that reveres leadership via example and practice. He has been a missionary, personal trainer, drill instructor, and international drill coach. All of his past experiences have helped him learn, grow, and fail gracefully. He loves his new role, and it is both his passion and profession. Nothing feels as fulfilling as seeing a client "get it" and move closer to achieving their objectives.
