At The Lab, we believe our name says it all: this is a place where everything is always changing, just like the various lines and circles on a scientific chart. We base our service and knowledge of coffee drinks on this philosophy. Please let our baristas know if you have a favorite coffee drink that you want us to remember, or if you want them to help you learn how coffee tastes. Each and every person who comes into our doors is important to us; whether you like a cold brew that is sweet, creamy, and frothy or our espresso of the month, created with beans from one of our small-batch roasters.
