He felt the knots in my back and focused on my problem areas with the right amount of pressure. Then, he was able to remove them without pain. I wanted a very hard massage, and he could do just that. To start, she wasn't wearing gloves, and dropped the perm solution in my eye multiple times. Then she cleaned the tint off, gave me a mirror to see the result and I had raccoon eyes with one lash lifted and the other sagging. She was also unprofessional and complained about her manager during the visit. I found her very condescending and rude. As I was trying to talk to the front desk about the poor service I received, she followed me out and interjected.
