Ali'i Coffee Co. is a roasting company that specializes in co-creating neighborhoods. Our cold brew selection includes a variety of other coffee-based selections. All of these are created in-house and feature locally produced freshly baked sandwiches. Our light-roasted coffees all are produced fresh. We source our beans from around the world and roast them at our Honolulu location. Our primary goal is to bring people together by creating a sense of community. The “one cup at a time” mantra we have embraced is not only about bringing people together but also about enjoying great coffee. This is a company about people and coffee.
