ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

At Aloha Bakehouse & Cafe, we have always enjoyed making delicious home-made treats and offering them to locals. Our small business began with a few items at Aloha Stadium and farmers' markets. At the time, our kitchen was in an alleyway in Waikiki. Even without an eating area, many folks preferred to eat their takeout plates at the counter. We liked the individuals who visited us, but the idea to create a dining room and expand the menu came from their inspiration. In 2016, we moved to Kaka'ako, Hawaii, at the present Aloha Bakery & Café location. We want them to eat our food daily, but most importantly, we want them to feel at home.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The reviews highlight the welcoming atmosphere, seating comfort, and diverse menu offerings at a local coffee shop. The food, including the acai bowls, scones, and stuffed bread, is delicious and offers a change from conventional recipes. The shop visiting and work-friendly upstairs area with cozy seating and water stations is much appreciated. Recommendations are the Meat Lovers Aloha Bread and the Lychee Ice Tea for younger customers. Neighborhood and parking information is also shared, with insights into the coffee shop's off-grid location and its links to a community bakery. Some customers have said they love the bread and drinks and even bought some as presents. They also suggest the coffee station for the morning Aloha Cold Brew. Positive comments on the hidden and tiny coffee shop’s environment, customer service, and menu items can be found in many feedbacks. Most students praise the shop for having everything they need for a long period of study. Lot’s of people’s new favorite coffee shop because of the Aloha Bread and all the other great treats. The overwhelming sentiments in the reviews are that this is a fantastic little coffee shop. Customers are hence encouraged to check out different things from the menu, in particular the stuffed bread. The price is another reason for customers to keep returning. Smaller groups can be accommodated in the busy coffee shop. The shop has a large international student clientele, which is possibly why it has additional food options. The upstairs area is ideal for studying solo or catching up with friends over lunch. In general, reviewers are enthusiastic about the local coffee shop.
