The people that work there can be rude, and the name of the company really should be "rent a clunker", nothing lucky about this company! I had a car that I felt was really unsafe and I had to bring the car in to get a different one which had 29 dings and fade spots, and they want to charge $350. fee for sand. Their insurance card was expired along with safety check, I had to keep bringing car in because for some reason or the other the times I brought it in wasn't good for them.
