Smith Himmelmann has represented private companies and individual employees in employment discrimination cases. Today, we represent federal employees in around 95% of our cases. We have represented those in the United States and stationed abroad. Gilbert and Smith has a passion for workplace discrimination and treating all employees with respect. We provide legal advice and strong advocacy to federal employees with claims against the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or Federal Court. We request reasonable accommodations, file whistleblowing claims, help with disability retirement, submit OWCP applications, address name clearance issues, and negotiate employment litigation settlements.
