I recently worked with A Custom Heating and Air Conditioning on a complicated Navien boiler issue, and I can’t say enough good things about their team. Tom and Alfredo were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to look into the history of the unit, explain what was actually going wrong, and walk me through every option so I could make an informed decision. Once repairs started, they were reliable, communicative, and extremely thorough. Alfredo did incredible work—my system is finally running the way it should, the radiators heat evenly, the strange noises are gone, and even the long-standing issues I thought I’d have to “live with” disappeared. I appreciated how honest and patient Tom was through this whole process. He never rushed me, always answered questions clearly, and genuinely wanted the system fixed the right way. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity and care. Everything is working perfectly now, and I’m so grateful for their help.
