Although the accused attorney said that I needed to serve my husband, there was no evidence that it worked at a specific time. 3. I was struggling with a possible divorce, and I was incredibly emotionally affected. Mr. Tucker told me that divorces can be very tough, long, and perhaps costly. He suggested some tools that helped me, and after a year of hardship, I met with my husband and informed him of my intentions to serve him a divorce. I was charged a small fee even though I had expected to pay more. The attorney did not appreciate my situation until I told him the toll divorce was taking on me. The attorney’s simplistic tool worked, though I suffered through a two-year agony because he lacked sensitivity as a human being but excelled in his professional duties.4. The accused attorney stated in his advertisement that he has associates but he operated singly. 5. In November 2014, my husband and I met with Attorney Berry Tucker to consult with him regarding a matter of reducing child support. During the interview, he listened to my explanation and calculated the amount that was supposed to be paid to us. The calculations he made were wrong, and the numbers in the documents he mailed me matched his calculations. I called him twice to notify him of his errors. They were corrected, and the actual words were more than those produced by his team. I also noticed that he deceived that his fee was to be $1500 but actually increased by 1100 after the case had been filed. This made me pay an extra 1100+ at once. While I was filing my complaint with his secretary as I sought the Attorney to seek an explanation, she denied knowing where he was. She later told me that it was improper to serve me with bills, yet the documents were already in use. This confused me because this office was open throughout the day. This is just an eye opener for those seeking his services. I will not recommend this Attorney because in the long run, his services will cost you more after the case has been filed.
