(5 stars) Paraphrase the following customer feedback: Everything went as expected for this person. I can't tell if he was being helpful or just trying to get rid of me. It's ironic that this attorney advertises as “estate planning and specializing in elder care law.” My review is this office exists to defraud and exploit one of the most vulnerable populations, the elderly. My relative was in a nursing home, and this attorney licensed in California and Oregon had full control over her and my late relative's free and clear investment properties. He allowed them to be transferred to a greedy out of state family member who demanded this was his "right & inheritance." He is now not fulfilling his promises to pay any future expenses, property tax, or violations out of his pocket, which were all transferred to our financially exploited relative. This transfer was not in her best interest as it is her- and her late husband's retirement plan. It was also not financially wise as it was an unnecessary transfer of wealth to someone who had his own investment properties and was financially stable.
